Paul and Marlene have done an incredible job building their company. I love their location at Findlay Market and the variety and quality of their chocolate is phenomenal. I have purchased many of each type of bar since they opened. Its hard to decide my favorite as they are all so good.

Amazing! Went to a beer and chocolate tasting which featured Maverick Chocolates, not only was the chocolate unbelievable; but the passion and background of their process was inspiring. I had to come here to review the 70% Belize Dark Chocolate. Wow! This is the best dark chocolate I've ever had. Highly recommended.

I am not a huge chocolate person but the espresso chocolate bar is phenomenal. The staff was friendly and the free samples aren't bad either.
