Russell Milstead I usually don't post on this. Maybe once, but felt compelled to post after the care I received from Dr. Jen. She is so much more than an adjustment. Her knowledge of the body and it's mechanics is superior to anything I have had in the past. On the first visit she was able to diagnose problems and tell me how we were going to treat them. I can not give her enough accolades. 5 stars +.
All I can say is wow! I was referred to Dr. Drumm after a fall. She is so incredibly knowledgeable, informative and compassionate. She took so much time to evaluate me from a holistic standpoint. After 2 sessions my back pain has greatly diminished. I have had chiropractic before and have never had a chiropractor provide so much knowledge or attention to detail as well as incredible recommendations from exercise to breath work to tweaking my sleeping position for better health outcomes. I’ve been seeing Dr. Jen for almost 4 years, during which she has worked with me for my multitude of body issues originating from my Marine Corps and law enforcement career. The chiropractic adjustments as well as the soft tissue work coupled with functional body adjustments during workouts and lifts have mitigated my pain. Definitely recommend for any patrolman or combat arms.
Dr Jen is the best chiro in La Mesa & SD She’s completely different from any other chiro it’s not just the standard adjustment She tailors each visit to what’s going on! she truly understands the body and how to get you back to your normal activity! She helped with my shoulder pain and got me back to my normal lifting routine with no pain in my shoulder I highly recommend her !! She’s the best
Jen is a miracle worker. Her expertise and knowledge is broad, and she applies it in personalized, targeted ways that have helped me incredibly.
