Bought a new '22 330DC 08/22. Overall we have been happy with the boat, its performance and the way it suits our family. There are a few things I would have liked to have seen done differently, such as the battery charger location, and process for charging the batteries. There is a shore power connection on the boat, but it is not connected to the charger. To charge, you have to pull out a 15 amp plug/cord and connect to a extension cord. Iam writing this review after exhausting all reasonable avenues with Maverick Boat Group regarding a serious manufacturing defect on my Cobia boat. After extensive diagnostics—at my own expense—the issue was identified as a faulty fuel tank installation that causes fuel starvation and limits the usable range to roughly half a tank.
