This is based on the customer service ,communication and punctuality. Overall,shocking to say the least. I rang for a quote and got stereotyped as a work and income beneficiary, was not given an apology until I had stated 3 times that the quote was not for that purpose. Payment was made on a friday (car was booked for the following monday 1pm) and Had to be rebooked for the Tuesday 1pm,as they had said they didn't actually book me in 🤔.
