Patrick and Nelson came out to my home this morning to give me a free estimate on my attic ventilation. They arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. We have been sick in our townhome for almost two months and it tested high for chemicals in air quality tests. I have been trying to figure out the problem and where it is coming from. I had them put on my roof a few years ago. I have had several issues and bought the "extended warranty" it takes forever to get anyone out. When they finally came, they took a bunch of pictures and never got back to me. Now I have severe damage and my roof is still leaking. UPDATE 10/17/25: Maven is now under new ownership and Patrick & Nando worked incredibly hard to address both the roof leak, but also advise on other exterior issues causing damage.

BEWARE OF OVERPRICING!!!!!!! THEIR QUOTE WAS THROUGH THE ROOF AND. OVERPRICED .PUN INTENDED! The QUOTE I was given was outrageously expensive compared to abiut 6 other roofers I called. THEY MUST NEED MONEY TO PAY FOR THEIR EXPENSIVE LOCAL ROOFING ADS THAT SEEM TO TALK ABOUT FIGHTER JETS AND BARLEY TALK ABOUT ROOFING.
