Terrible service. When I phoned on Monday 25th August regarding my child’s upcoming appointment, the receptionist was extremely rude over the phone. At the actual appointment, the experience was rushed, rough and the staff came across as rude again. Very disappointing — I wouldn’t recommend this clinic.
Dr. Rachel is absolutely wonderful! She helped me with all my dental needs and even communicated directly with my orthodontist team so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She always focused on what was best for the long-term health of my teeth, while also helping me find a way to have the smile I wanted for my wedding—without spending a fortune or compromising my dental health. She and her team made me feel so comfortable throughout the process, and I’m recommending her to all my friends.

I had a great experience with Dr. Yun (apologies if I’m misspelling the name!). He was very professional, informative, and made me feel completely at ease. I’ve definitely found someone I can trust on the Gold Coast. The front desk staff were nice and efficient. I was able to book a same-day appointment with no hassle. Highly recommend!
