Most badly organised place I have ever been too!
From Adelaide, I was on a road trip around our state, on way from Ceduna - Port Lincoln, part of my tooth broke off, when arrived at Port Lincoln, tried a few dentist, though wouldn’t even discuss my issue, manage to get appt at this dentist, filled in forms with ease as a new (temp) patient, seen by Dr Yun Oh, who with her assistant, both were great, in fixing me up, The place was clean, all staff doing the job’s even politely and helpful, and made us feel welcome, Highly recommend.
Dominique always greets me with a warm welcome. She is so professional in everything she does and keeps me informed along the way. The best dentist I have ever been to!
At this stage my appointments have been cancelled multiple times every time has been incredibly last minute completely inconveniencing my plans. They cannot squeeze you in anywhere and wont try to accomodate you if you get cancelled on last minute. People who work do need to organise leave for example. You’ll be wasting your time trying to book an appointment here and I’m sure they don’t reimburse for time wasted yet they most likely charge no show fees.
