I had a terrible experience with this Dr Peer Sulaiman. I went in specifically to get tooth removal and I clearly informed the doctor from the beginning that I wanted to extract the one that had just been filled the day before, as it was still causing problems. Despite this, he ended up pulling out the WRONG TEETH! To make things worse, when I bought it up, he DENIED THE MISTAKE and claimed I had confirmed the tooth he extracted which was absolutely not true. I know what I said, and I was very clear. The practice manager and the dentist are amazing, and Jen is amazing. It's that senior woman at the reception who seems to know everything. Just because I'm less fortunate doesn't mean I don't have the right to seek a treatment plan and a surgery for my wisdom teeth. Once I got there to pay she took over the show, I have reason to believe she grew up in a time when racial prejudice was the norm but this 2025, I don't need someone to remind me how less fortunate I am, it doesn't mean I do t have the right to some nice teeth, ... read more
