They impose a cancellation fee of $50, was not advised of this, receptionist states was on receipt, never received such document. The original appointment was changed by them, I was myself happy to move it, but when something unexpected came up on my end, to reschedule cost me a fee. I understand it was very short notice but thats how u just lost thousands of dollars of business from myself. Receptionist was more then happen to loose a customer over a fee i had no knowledge of. First time at Maven Dentist today. The lovely ladies on reception so helpful and pleasant. Then the dentist and her assistant totally totally wonderful. Everything was explained. They also put me at ease. Thank you again
