I am extremely disappointed with Dr. Mona. I brought my 8-year-old daughter, who recently had surgery, to simply have a displaced dental wire trimmed. I explicitly told the doctor that my daughter has autism, yet she handled the procedure carelessly, manipulating the wire in my daughter’s mouth. As a result, my daughter’s teeth were dislodged twice, and we had to go immediately to the Children’s Hospital. We are now worried about potential nerve damage. Would recommend if you have anxious children! Particularly Dr Mona was amazing with my child as well as the DA assisting her today! Was clear with what she was doing when doing the procedures and very patient ! Thank you guys!
Recently had a check up and a clean after a while away from the dentist and this practice was great, staff very accommodating and helpful and made everything easy, highly recommend
