BEWARE. Now is not the time to trust them with your money. Had a filling done that fell out, which they replaced only for it to fall out again less than 12 months later where I had to pay another dentist to fix it. They charged me over $1200 for a finished job before the work was even started, during this time I moved 60km out of town but continued to drive back so they could finish the work, but half way through the job and after 2 mistakes that kept pushing the work back further my dentist permanently moved overseas. Excellent experience from start to finish. The receptionist offered a warm and pleasant greeting, and the dentist was highly professional and clearly knowledgeable. She explained everything thoroughly and knew exactly what needed to be done. The colour match of my teeth was next to perfect, and the entire visit was smooth and comfortable. I’m very happy with the final result—highly recommended!
I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years and knew I needed a bit of work done! Dr Sam Reiseger was super understanding with my anxieties and really helped me understand that my problems were manageable and not bad. Super caring and talked through every step of the procedures. Will definitely be coming back for all of my future checkups!
