This place used to be great. Tara was amazing but her replacement didn’t stay long and chose the most expensive type of filling without consulting me, Megan spoke in a way that shamed me for my decays assuming they were from sugar (they are not) No one takes the care that Tara used to. After following the appointment reminder text message instructions to call the clinic (pictured), my call was hastily answered by a woman asking me if I would please hold. I said “no problem”. THIRTY (30) MINUTES pass by when suddenly my call was abruptly disconnected. After 30 entire minutes of listening to hold music and a recording of a women chirpily talking up the clinic and instructing me to speak to the “friendly reception team” I’m very disappointed I never got the chance to.. Lovely dentists who understand dental fear from patients! They’ve helped me so much and both my kids attend too. Can’t recommend them enough!
Easy to book in & dentist pretty well on time. Discussed issues & solutions & tooth problem was resolved in 1 visit. Very impressed with dentist, assistant & receptionist.
