I had the absolute best salon experience with Rylee! I have just moved up north and was nervous to find a new stylist. Rylee was super friendly, talented, accommodating and knowledgeable. I got exactly the haircut I showed her and she had me out in no time, even suggesting a conditioner for my hair type, turning my once dull hair into a healthy summer cut to bring out my natural blonde. I definitely recommened Rylee and Maven Salon, great staff and service! I will surely be back :)
Absolutely the Worst Salon Experience of My Life. I had an unbelievably terrible experience at this salon with Rylee and Tiffany. First, Rylee used extremely hot water to wash my hair—so hot that I literally screamed out in pain. Even then, she didn’t stop until I clearly said “stop.” During the wash, all the water ran down my forehead, my face, and onto my chest, soaking my clothes. A wonderful salon! I’ve been going here for 16 years and I’ve seen many great stylists. I recommend anyone! Kayla ensures that every stylist receives continued education and that they all stay up on the latest products and trends. Cheers to everyone at Maven!!
