I have been here plenty of times and it has been great but I have had this one person before and she was not great. I decided to give her another try, and she was still terrible. She really did not take the time to clean my nails or cut them. Felt like she wanted to get it done quickly. I won’t be coming back.
Took my mom to do her nails for birthday. Wow I didnt know how long it would take but it was WORTH IT! To see the smile on my mom's face when she was done in the end. The tech who did her nails, did an amazing job. Going to recommend to everyone I know to go here. Thank you guys for your hard work! You guys did an amazing job!
update: i was able to speak with the manager who was very apologetic and tried to correct the mistake her employee made. I appreciate her listening and allowing me to express my disappointment. Extremely disappointed with my experience, i called in advance for an acrylic full set and a pedicure. The woman doing my pedicure was nice but I specifically asked for a square shape and she proceeded to file my nails round. I had to ask her twice to polish my entire nail because she was leaving a gap for whatever reason. It wasn’t u... read more
Very precise work from David and Diamond. I will admit I’m very OCD about my nails but they both knocked it out of the park I will be back!
