Didn’t like the how they did my nails was completed different from what I asked. The first picture shows how I wanted and the second picture is how they left it and she charge me 70$ never coming back here.
Bad customer service
How is this place still open? Don’t trust the 5 star reviews - they offer you a discount if you give them 5 stars which is probably why it is rated as high as it is. Regret not just leaving halfway through. Felt bad at the time. Everything is old and looks worn and dirty. The tech cut my cuticles so far they started bleeding. Asked her to ease up - she said that’s how people like their cuticles cut. Pretty sure no one wants to bleed in dirty nail salon during a manicure. I’ve been to 3 appointments (two nail appts and one cat eye gel pedi). I’m very impressed with the cat eye gel pedi. I chose cat eye color 20 in bubblegum pink and really love how it looks on me. I will definitely be coming back for a pedicure (:
