The entire process with MAVA has been soo smooth, easy, and quick for me! There was a cancelation and I was able to get an appointment with Rocio for the very next day. Highly highly recommend! I feel like when trying to get ADHD treatment as an adult it can sometimes feel like you have to jump through all these hoops to find a provider that listens but Rocio was incredibly kind, thorough, and patient and I really felt heard during the visit.
MAVA HEALTHCARE SYSTEM is an "Excellent Behavioral Medical Services" which I highly recommend. I found MAVA Behavioral health through an app called ZocDoc. It was a last ditch effort in finding a psychiatrist who *genuinely cares* and is passionate about their work and in helping their patients. I have had two visits with Rocio Hernadez and have felt very comfortable with her from day one. She is very open to listening to your concerns and to talking through, step by step, what the plan and/or goal is going forward. I feel heard and part of my plan of care. I highly recommend Rocio.
