This place is amazing! Everyone is so nice and helpful,they don't just treat you like a customer they take care of you like your family ,My doctor Lisa shallenberger is truly an amazing person all the way around and has helped through some of the hardest times in my life and got me right back on top and for that I will always be appreciative
Dr LISA SHALLENBERGER was absolutely Amazing, Kind and Understanding. I Highly Recommend Mava. From the first time calling, to scheduling an Appointment was Seamless and easy. In Person Appointments , or Virtual Appointments within 24 hours being a New Patient is not common and a Great Experience All Around. Thank You Mava Team!
Had an appointment with Dr. Seher which was great. She listened and understood my thoughts. Was excited to finally start medication but it’s been almost a week and I still haven’t started my medication because the instructions weren’t filled properly. I’ve called twice now and the lady I’ve spoken too is nice and tries to send the info to Dr. Seher but nothing. I have been seeing Lisa for a while, she deserves 5 stars, she is amazing, attentive, and very knowledgeable and caring. One of my medications is written by a different doctor in practice, for the past 5 months I have called every month to let them know that the prescription has to have a simple id number on it because I have multiple insurances and only one account covers it.
