I had a wonderful experience with Nathaniel, APRN. He was professional, compassionate, attentive, and genuinely took the time to listen without judgment. He created a comfortable, welcoming environment where I felt heard, understood, and respected. It’s refreshing to find a mental health provider who approaches care with both empathy and professionalism. I truly appreciate his thoughtful approach and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking quality psychiatric care.
Usually don’t leave reviews but I set up a virtual appointment online. Day of the appointment comes. No call. So I call them. They say we don’t have you on the schedule as I’m looking at the confirmation email. Needless to say, I schedule an appointment while on the phone with the lady at the front desk. She takes my info, schedules me an appointment and says I’m good to go for the next day. It’s now 30 mins past my appointment time. Still no call. Guess I should try elsewhere. This place is a joke I’ve tried to get ahold of them for a week now and all I get is a voicemail and I’m out of meds after submitting my drug screening last week (doing my part) I’m going thru withdrawals without meds. I’ve left voicemails after voicemail and can’t even get a call back!
