Absolutely terrible experience. I had already spoken to the owner in the past about their rushed service and specifically asked for enough time to have a relaxing appointment, but nothing changed. I was questioned for asking for nail color during a pedicure, refused a simple cup of water , and my waxing was done so carelessly and rushed that the technician left patches of hair behind and walked away before finishing.
