Service department recommended unnecessary services that had recently been completed elsewhere. In my opinion, this was dishonest. Would have cost me a couple hundred dollars if I wasn't aware of my service records.
Will definitely not go back. I went for the first time to get just an oil change on my 2024 Rogue and they wanted to rip me off by charging me $500+ dollars to replace the oil pan. I had MPP and still had the Powertrain Manufacturer warranty (which covers the oil pan) and the advisor told me they could not honor the warranty because someone had stripped the bolt. Lol, sure ok. I took it to Seminole Toyota where I bought it from and they ordered the part, installed it and didn’t pay a dime. How is this even possible?!! Good q... read more
