I had Zac Calhoun as my service advisor today and he went above and beyond. I always have a great experience every time that I go to this Acura dealership, the staff is always really friendly and attentive and asking between every 30 to 45 minutes if anyone is needing an update. But Zac really exemplifies going above and beyond. His friendly service, and his ability to make car repairs into something that is easily understandable is unmatched. Horrible service Waited over 4 hours for a oil change and I ha a Appointment Also fell like so scammed on the prices Quoted one price and then changed much more, just terrible!!!
