Let me say first, I was impressed with how practical he was--the way he explained cost an procedure without pressure. I first became alarmed however when I looked at his schedule book and noticed the sporadic appointments. Still further I worried when he didn't tell me--like every other dentist in the world that I really needed to floss. But hey, I appreciated that my teeth didn't hurt after the cleaning (very sensitive) and that the office felt comfortable--unlike some dentists I've seen in the NY area.
