Who could have guessed that four years ago, I would meet Maurie, a trainer who has literally altered my life? Her genuine enthusiasm for fitness, nutrition and health is both inspiring and motivating. I have been working out with Maurie Cofman for about 6 years. I have dropped 20 lbs (weight loss was not my original goal) and I am in better shape than I was in my 20's. Her workouts are always challenging and well-planned.
