I personally never met Dr. Reinoso, but I was treated horribly by one of his staff. She was working with me as I learned to use my CPAP. She screamed at me in front of a waiting room full of people. I literally took several steps back from the reception desk because I felt physically attacked. I have NEVER been treated so disrespectfully and I’m a middle school teacher. I wrote a letter to Dr. Reinoso about the incident and he never responded. Maybe he’s a good doctor, but I would never return to that office.
Dr Reinoso was very thorough and took plenty of time to explain in details. I highly recommend him.
