I went into your store in Las Vegas on Aurora Crossings today and was virtually invisible. I've been shopping this store since it opened, and shopping this company since I was in high school. I'm use to the outstanding service I've always received. Today was totally different. I went in with a gift card from Christmas ready to shop. Zero stars. Paid my bill in full. They sent me a bill for 3.00 and it was to send me a bill for a zero balance. Customer Service refused to remove or close the account. I will NEVER shop at this company again. Still waiting for them to waive a fee I never owed!!!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Asked to remove paper statement fees because I need glasses to read them. They were removed, but then they closed my account without permission. Found out when my card was declined in public—humiliating. I have excellent credit. It took four calls, multiple reps, and two managers to get it fixed. No one speaks clearly, and no one takes ownership. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with! Too bad we have limited options here.
I just experienced poor customer service at store #2162 in Missouri and today is Mother’s Day! I have been shopping at this location since it has been at this Mall! Also I was given the wrong phone number to customer service twice and the young ladies thought it was funny until I called them out on it. I was going to order my clothes online and pick up at another location but why should I be inconvenience? Therefore I will spend my money somewhere else!
