Took a shirt I recd as a gift (with tags still on) to exchange for bigger size to Claremore ok store. Was told needed a receipt or online order#. Gave her friends name & phone number, but because she not in system, wouldn't exchange. Said I could order bigger size but without receipt or order# I was out of luck, then acted like she was gonna keep the shirt anyway. Never received a card. 3 calls were made to customer service. Customer service stated they sent a card out and it was returned. They would not tell me the address the card was sent to. They stated that in order to receive my card , I need to provide my last address I lived at. Did provide address. They stated not correct. 3 more previous addresses given, they said they were all wrong and would not send me my card. The his company is horrible. I would give you a -1 if I could. The one in Aberdeen South Dakota. Don't work for them the hiring manager told my niece to quit her show choir am just work an not do any school events. I have no respect for people that do that an they shouldn't be management or do the hiring. I hope the manger gets taken to or fired.
