Zero customer service! Public health concern!! In fact I was told both of the associates that were working were both very sick and keeping their distance from customers. When I asked, the associate refused to give their names. No problem I was able to find what I needed at Kohl's and an associate asked if I needed help within a couple minutes of entering the store.
Today is my birthday and I went in looking for a dress and Violet the salesperson went above and beyond!!! Made me feel beautiful! She even went out and took pictures of me and boosted my self esteem!! Definitely will be shopping there again very soon!!

Very friendly, sales person greeted me right away, knew what kind of jeans would work best for ne, did my return with no problems
Worst experience I've ever had at any Maurices store. First of all it was a mess. Shelves were a disaster to sift through. The whole place looked disgusting. 3 girls working were either huddled together or helping each other pick out their new outfits. No one asked if I needed assistance. When I asked for a dressing room they told me to just pick one. Then stood in line while 1 girl checked out and the other 2 stood behind the counter talking about what they wanted to buy next. Zero customer service skills.
