I had such a great experience at Maurices in Broomfield CO, thanks to Alena! I was looking for a top I really liked, but it wasn’t available in my size — or so we thought. Alena had already told me they didn’t have it, but after I went into the dressing room, she actually went out of her way to search the entire store just in case. I was in the store for probably 10-15 minutes, not one employee in site, then someone finally said "oh hi" didn't ask me if I needed help, nothing.
