Do not shop at this store, horrible customer service. I was hung up on by the manager Cara....because she refused to give me an upper management number or email. I opened up a cc to get 10 off my bill( my first mistake) I was informed I could pay cash at the register to immediately pay off the card which is what I did. Well half of my 160. Purchase needed returned because of fit. They refused to give me my cash refu d and told me I needed to contact the cc company which is a 3rd party. What a cluster...so now my 80. Love my Maurice’s been a customer for years “ I stop in the Altoona location “ started looking around great selection. To turning around and seeing an employee literally doing the booty dance swinging and shaking her behind up against the counter and tossing her hair an head like a ragdoll was like what wait a minute am I in a Maurice’s or a strip club. Very unprofessional do better staff at the Altoona Maurice’s! Btw I did not spend my money at your store American eagle got my business.
