I've shopped at this location since they opened and the majority of my wardrobe has come from this store specifically. I've had some lovely experiences here in the past with some of the employees, but my last visit was so poorly handled and I had such appalling customer service from a particular employee (Evelyn) that I won't be back to this location again.
I want to give a huge shoutout to this store and their leadership team. I visited the store today to return items I ordered online. Normally, retailers hate this. But I was welcomed and had an overall great experience shopping for new items in store. I regret that I didn’t not get the managers name, but she was AWESOME. I wish every in store shopping experience was this pleasant!
