Van Wert's store is so friendly and helpful. Most recently, I went shopping with my toddler. They were so accommodating and kind. They interacted with my toddler making me feel he was welcome too. And then they got out a set of Duplos for him to play with! These ladies know how to make some sales ;) because then I was able to shop. I really respect Van Wert's Maurice's for going out of their way to make my shopping experience as a mom enjoyable. They treat you like you're their friend. Thank you!
Although there are a few helpful ladies who work there, the manager isn't friendly or helpful. The store was not open during regular hours. Very frustrating as there are only a few dress stores in town. There was a note on the door from the UPS that their packages were delivered somewhere else. They are also not very responsive to needs of customers. They can't keep good employees because the new manager treats them poorly.
So very helpful. They will help you put an outfit together that you would of never thought of. They will help you accessorize that will dress up an outfit. Great deals. Great manager and staff.
Great staff!!!! Very Helpful and professional! Store Manager went out of her way to help my mom and I find outfits! Would drive 30 mins to come here every time! Will recommend and return!!!!!

Love, love, love this store!!! Being on the bigger side, I struggle to find things that look nice on me. The manager took the time and helped me to find some things that looked great on me!! She never acted put out and had great input to what looked good and what didn't. The store has a great selection for those of us who are not a size 5!!! The prices are good, and only a 15-20 minute drive from the west side of Lima!!!
