RecommendedFriendly service and nice selection of clothes and jewelry
This is the only place I go for clothes. The staff is super helpful, and seem to know the store inside and out. I'm not much for putting outfits together, actually I need all the help I can get when it comes to fashion. And it never cease to amaze me with the level of service I get from them. It's very refreshing to go shopping for an outfit, walk into the store not knowing what I should even put together, and walk out with exactly what I need.
Trying to do a phone order on the phone almost 2 hrs hung up on 3 times not sure if bad phone lines or bad operators !! it just too long :( come on Maurices !!!
I have had the worst customer service when calling them. I have been on the phone for 4 hours today and nothing is being resolved. If you buy something at Maurices online - you better like it, because trying to return it from Canada is a disaster. The people in the store tell you it is better to return via Post - so I tried to return via post with their "prepaid label" and it was going to cost me $14.00 in courier fees.
