Great Experience If something is wrong with your electronics they'll fix it. They won't make up a bunch of lies to pull more money from you. I have no worries bringing my LED to Maurice! As far as I've seen their work is first rate! Fast and friendly, explains what needs to be done.

Good Work Maurice family elecronics is run and owned by a bunch of racist people. These people are scam artist and will rip you off. They over charge for all of their services and belittle people who try to apply for jobs.This older gentleman that is a hard working,God fearing, family man who happens to be puerto rican was just trying to apply for a job at this company was called names. Terrible Service All of the negative reviews for this business are true. I dropped off a home theather system for evaluation back in September. I have NEVER received a phone call from them. When I call them, they keep saying "we'll contact you when we have something." Everytime I call to see if they have determined a repair price, I get a different excuse and an attitude. In addition, the guy quoted me $25 to evaluate the unit but charged me $35. After waiting for 2-1/2 months, I'm going to get my equipment back and take it ... read more

Whats fuse mean? – I can't agree more with all the negative opinions on this guy. He's had an associates of mines T.V. for over 6 months. WTF? Worst service in hampton Roads. He needs one of thise big blue signs out from for a Worst Of Tidewater Award! BOOOOOOO, BOOOOOO

Avoid this place even if it's free – I don't know anything a person can do to warn people to stay away from this place. If I could I would organize a picket, to prevent others from experiencing what this imitation company advertises. I can't put any specifics in because they still have my TV. I've been waiting for the part for over a month. I'm filing a complaint with anybody. but, I don't think it really matters. My TV is under warranty and I would pay 200 plus dollars to get it away from them. I just wish I had known. This... read more

Worst TV repair shop – I called this place yesterday and asked how late they were open. The woman that answered the phone told me they were open until 5PM. I said thank you and hung up. I got in my vehicle and drove over there. It took me 6 minutes. When I arrived at Maurice Electronics, the place was locked down. No lights, no people, nothing. Maurice TV and Electronic BLAH!! – This place does not even deserve one star. Every review on here has it right. I dropped my 42' LG LCD off the last week of Jan 08, well its Mar 13 today and still no TV.
