Maurice's towing was contracted through my roadside assistance and they cancelled the contract and notified no one. We were sitting for over an hour when we called for an update and the road side assistance found out about the cancellation. This company did not notify the road side assist or us. Their reliability is questionable at best.
HORRIBLE experience, was not only given a long arrival time, over an hour and a half PAST THERE OWN ETA they still never showed up, never called to update arrival time. Dispatcher lady was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER use these HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE AGAIN.
