I wish all Doctors were like him. He is courteous, professional and caring
I took my fiancée to Dr. Mosseri and he seemed knowledgeable and nice enough. Unfortunately he entered the INCORRECT code in his submission to Medicare, making them deny payment and allowing Mosseri to submit the full $691 bill to my fiancée. Medicare was called and a representative said the patient responsibility is ZERO. The doctor needs to resubmit his claim with the CORRECT code. I told the representative that, if she my fiancée gets another bill ... our attorney will look into this as a potential case of Medicare fraud.
There aren't enough stars to commend Dr. Mosseri or his team - Edward, Julianna, Tia and others. He has been armor and shield against a constant, ceaseless fight against the apathy that runs rampant in American healthcare and insurance companies. There is passion in his work, coupled with a clear and concise candor I so deeply appreciate - we cut right to the heart of the matter at each visit and he and his team are the only reason I do not have to stress about my illness on a minute to minute basis. From Cindy who booked my appt, to Jessie who checked me in for my appt , to Rebecca the beautiful medical assistant …to Dr Mosseri, each person was professional, helpful & kind. Dr Mosseri is personable and extremely easy to talk to. I highly recommend this office for any endocrine issues.
I Love Dr. Mosseri. Such a down to earth Endocrinolgist physician who really takes the time to listen and give great advice. Would highly recommend!!!!
