I had been going to Maurice since the 90’s. When he retired he had competent staff for the first year or too but we had an issue with improper filing & I never went back. I was surprised to see the business still open and still using Maurice’s name. I called to ask a question about income tax and an East Indian man literally pretended he couldn’t hear me. How absolutely unprofessional. Just say you’re too busy already or something. They should change the name, Maurice was a good man & an excellent accountant.
