Avoid them and run away if you can. Most of the reviews are fake anyway! Users with one or two reviews. Observe closely. I did file my taxes with other firm using my colleagues reference and it was smooth as butter. They also do the follow ups if things get ugly with CRA. Maurice Morneau tax will charge you exorbitantly to respond to your "Notice of assessment" and we shouldn't have received it in the first place.
