The first impression walking in, the music is a VIBE, very relaxed atmosphere! We didn't have an appointment but we were sat right down by Adlin. This was my sons first experience in a barbershop so he was nervous, I've always cut his hair myself due to his social anxiety and adhd. Adlin has the patience of a saint. Upon walking in, you’re greeted and it stops there. No customer service at all. Says “walk ins welcome”, but they’re NOT. I sat waiting for a haircut for an hour and a half and saw people come and go and get their haircut. If they were booked then that should’ve been communicated to me by the 4 employees in the establishment. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME.
