Staff is friendly and they have some great activites
All of the staff is attentive and caring. I wanted to give a special shout out to Russ Carmody who recently went totally out of his way to help my aunt when her cable and phone (through the cable company) were not working. He tried to trouble shoot the problem himself over the phone, and then scheduled a service appointment with Comcast, when a phone call and system reset didn't solve the problem. He took the time to meet with the Comcast service rep and make sure that they fixed her equipment, saving me a great deal of time... read more
