Dr. Jones diagnosed me with heartburn, next day, I had heart surgery. Thank goodness for other, competent cardiologists. He also used profane language towards me when I told him it wasn't heartburn. Horrible man.
I am eighty years old and have seen many doctors for various conditions. If I had to pick a favorite doctor, it would be Dr. Maurice Jones. He listens to my concerns and doesn't rush me, even when he's running behind schedule. He has a very pleasant manner about him.
I waited 50 minutes in the exam room before dr came in. When he did, he didn't wash his hands, then sat down and was very disinterested in me or what Iwas saying!! I felt disrespected and I left. Im not going into complete detail, but I wouldn't see him again if he were the last dr on the planet.
Dr Jones is amazing. Great bedside manner. He is vey easy to talk to. He is very kind and patient. Explains everything very well. He made me feel very comfortable.
My experience with Dr Jones was amazing. He made sure the test I needed were done, and the outcome was a good one. I can't thank him enough. The best!
