My family, friends, and I had a disappointing experience at this winery's restaurant. Unfortunately, the waitress we ended up with (believe her name is Leticia) took a very long time (and there were not very many other customers at the time), and she was not very friendly or apologetic about it, as if we were only an interruption to her day. We would rather spend twice as much time and money at another winery, then to be so disappointed with poor customer service. I was impressed with their services and had a plesant experience the day the services were rendered. Several months later, they billed me by mistake and have been giving me the run around on when they will refund me. They confirmed it was their mistake for the billing and don't know what happened. They pacified me by saying they would send the check in mail...here it is more than a year later...and still no refund!!! I went to purchase wine to ship to friends out-of-state. I was told what the shipping costs would be and was asked to trust them with the charge. When the credit card statement arrived, the cost of shipping tripled. Though I complained, their attitude was "Oh well!" And the wine?..... Friends complained. I agree with them.
