What a wonderful experience! I’m so grateful for Dr.Trusas and his staff, this morning I had a crown come off and my dentist is on vacation. The wonderful staff got me right in and Dr. Trusas got me put back together quickly and on my way! I can’t say thank you enough!!!!
Visited Trusas Family Dental for a new crown. Mr Trusas exact words were lets do x-rays before we get started, so we know exactly what's going on in that mouth. Following reviewing the x-rays Mr Trusas placed a temporary crown on a previous 10 year old crown that had broken. Mr Trusas fabricated and placed a temporary tooth in my mouth while the permanent tooth was being made. Terrible work that didn't hold up and I WAS CHARGED FOR A CROWN THAT WAS NEVER DONE!!! All the crowns I had done from this place have had to be replaced within less than 4 years due to them leaking one started leaking less than three years later and I take great care of my teeth. I was changed for them doing a crown on tooth number 14. Well I just had tooth 14 extracted and there was no crown on it just a fat cracked tooth!!! Dr. Trusas saw me on an emergent basis after an automotive incident Broke or knocked out many of my teeth. His calm professionalism helped calm me during this horrible chapter in my life.
