The 1st time I came to Dr Walker office was singular in all the details. The receptionist was amazing, The type of helpful person who attends you well, answers your questions, and makes you feel completely comfortable. The wait time was no longer than 5 minutes. Great doctor
My experience with Dr. Walker’s office has been horrible on numerous occasions. From my paperwork being lost to lab work missing to now being refused by the manager, Jennifer, to speak with the provider unless it goes through her first is simply unbelievable. As a black woman seeking black care, I’m very disappointed.
I came in for an ongoing issue with something and she subtlety giggled and told me I should reconsider my occupation. It was surprising and I never went back to her. She's kind and considerate generally, however I found her comment to be incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate.
