So I went through there and it ripped my stock third break light off my truck completely snapping my mounts right off like $500 in damage and the dude told me to silicone it and while I was talking to the guy another brand new truck pulled up that had it’s door handle ripped off I will never come back again I have been coming to this wash for 15 years or better you have lost my business for good and I will be telling everyone to not go there
I run my company fleet cars and trucks there every week. 2 cars and 1 truck . Tired of you telling me your out of paper receipts . You hire a bunch of teenage kids that have smart mouths. I’m tired of the smart remarks that come out of their mouths . I will stop doing business as of 2-14-20 And I ask myself why is Jackson struggling , just answered my own question.
Very disappointed once again. Gave it another shot today as we’ve been disappointed in the past. Not any better. The employees need to slow down and do a better job!! We would wait patiently in line if they did a better job. Just paid $11 and still have bird crap on our vehicle and they didn’t scrub one window so it’s still dirty. And the rinse wasn’t that great. From now on we’ll just do it ourselves. They rush you through way too fast!
