Cashed insurance check, did NOT do work promised, did not return calls!
2/14/19 I’m a repeat customer but this time has not been a good experience. They’ve had my car for 6 weeks and they have not answered the phone and when I went by they were closed. Talked to two customers while waiting to see if Maurer employees would show. They shared the same delay tactics I experienced. I called the police and the police said they’ve received multiple complaint calls regarding Maurers in the past few weeks. I’m frustrated and don’t know when I’ll get my car or what shape it in.
(Once again) the work on my car is outstanding and is the reason I keep coming back. My car looks brand new. Thank you! I hope I don't have to use them again, but on the off chance I do. . . I will use again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Good customer service and the work is phenomenal!
Unfortunately they had to total my new car but Maurers Collision where highly recommended and now I for sure know why. There so super friendly, informative and swift at returning calls and working with the adjustors. They without a doubt went above and beyond for me. They held items for me knowing I have a two hour drive to pickup. Called and wished me the best. Repair time was long due to insurance, but when I got my car back, it was not only good as new and clean, but Maurer's went above and beyond on more than one occasion during the process. I would love to suggest that you ask for Blake, but everyone helped me efficiently every single time I called. Kudos to Maurer's..
