As a young child I had extreme scoliosis which involved an “S” curve that led to surgery at CHKD involving 9 months of recovery. I have had a handicap placard ever since I was a teenager. I am now 38 years old and while in the last few months of pregnancy amongst, all the other stressors that and of a full time job, I couldn’t manage to make time to renew at the DMV because the online service wasn’t working. 0 stars if I could. Doesn’t listen to her patients, very rude and not attentive at all. She doesn’t try to help her patients at all. I’m wondering how is she even a Dr she doesn’t try to give you anything to help your health concerns, she says you don’t have what another Dr has diagnosed you. Or even care to find out what’s going on. Left my mom waiting 2 hours for a scheduled meeting that never happened. She’s the worst Dr I’ve ever known.

I trust and enjoy my visits with Dr. Serem. She is a listener and reactor. If you tell her a concern she addresses it and tries to find the best resolution. I trust my care in her hands.

Very rude to my mother in law. She got very loud and was extremely irritated with her. 0 stars. I’ll be calling the board on her because this was not the first time and that’s not how a Dr should treat their patients. Avoid her at all costs.
