Very rude to my mother in law. She got very loud and was extremely irritated with her. 0 stars. I’ll be calling the board on her because this was not the first time and that’s not how a Dr should treat their patients. Avoid her at all costs.
Dr. Serem is a wonderful doctor. We are very appreciative of the personal care she gives to my father. She always take the extra time to listen and explain things to my father while always treating him with dignity. She is kind, informative, helpful and polite. Great doctor!!
New patient Alert, I wanted a Black female PCP and I found Dr. Serem, she is attentive, kind, and just what I needed, I am referring my daughter and husband to the practice.
Dr Serem is amazing. I am 50 years old and she is the first doctor to really listen to me and my concerns. She is patient, kind and has wonderful bedside manners. Dr Serem takes the time to listen and answer questions. She is motivating, understanding, and offers real-life solutions.
