Today, while on the highway, I made a 12:55 pm call to Dr. O'Marro's office to advise the staff that I would be roughly 10 minutes late to my 1 pm appointment. I arrived at 1:09 pm from Decatur, IL. During this time, my call was put on hold for 19 minutes and 14 seconds.
