Dr. O’Connor has always been great with me! Very supportive and has gotten my thyroid in normal range. She has been helping with weightloss and is a wealth of knowledge. Those that think she has no bedside manner, are sensitive and don’t want to hear about themselves. If you want her help you need to know the truth about how what you are doing is effecting your health.
Terrible! Went to her 4 times and her bedside manner was terrible. She told I was one her worst patients. Needless to say I found a tremendous endocrinologist at Indiana University who got my A1C down from a 9 where Dr O Conner had me at to 7.4. Kindness and compassion go a long way with me! Dr O’Conner should not be practicing medicine and maybe consider leaving
I am very upset at the moment with this provider. I will say that when I started seeing her I was taken aback at her lack of bedside manner. At my first visit, she was all business and I guess some people may like that, so I am not going to include her demeanor in my star review, but I will give her two stars for the way she handles actual appointments.
