Maureen helped me with a persistent sleep quality problem. I started tracking my sleep using a fitbit & have data for 82 nights. Of all 82 nights, only ONE night had a sleep score of ‘excellent’ and that was last night, after taking the Chinese herbal supplement Maureen gave me.
