After 30 years with this agency and no prior issues, I regret that I can no longer recommend them as a fair, reliable or honest agency. Unfortunately, it is all about the bottom line with this company, they are no longer interested in providing customers with even satisfactory service. I am extremely disappointed with how I have been treated, a one star review seems too generous.
The Oak Harbor State Farm Insurance office is very professional in a friendly and personable manner. They are helpful, considerate and welcoming. I highly recommend them.
