Phelps was supposed to transfer me to Flowers. That was agreed on earlier bc my location. My pcp called bc Phelps office wouldn’t answer my calls, they called yesterday and said she was full of patients and to talk to Phelps. Then called again today and suddenly Flowers is just going to be gone the few weeks in august when I have my baby. Totally unhelpful, the lady on the phone was rude. After telling her phone lady I want a woman Dr she recommended a man.
I really love Dr. Flowers office. Her staff are amazing and always go above and beyond to make sure that I’m comfortable and always address all of my concerns. I can say the same about Dr. Flowers and more! She truly also goes above and beyond for her patients as well. She has provided the best medical care for 3 of my pregnancies! Dr. Flowers is truly the best OB-GYN I could have ever asked for. She’s the kind of doctor who makes you feel like she’s not only on your team, but also coaching you every step of the way. During delivery, she was incredibly patient, taking the time to walk me through everything so I always felt informed, supported, and calm. Her bedside manner was beyond amazing—genuine, reassuring, and full of compassion. It’s so clear how deeply she cares about her patients, and I feel incredibly blessed to be one of them.
I’m so eternally grateful to have had Dr. Flowers. I have always felt she would do any and everything for me and my little man. Which was always such a comfort during my pregnancy. She has always been very kind. She is such a genuine and caring person. Seeing her always makes my day! I will always recommend her. Best ob in the area. We absolutely LOVE her! 🩵
