Dr Dunsworth and her staff are efficient, AWESOME and kind. Very happy with the care I have received there.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. I’ve been coming here for a few years only because Dr. Dunsworth is a knowledgeable dermatologist — but that’s where the compliments end. The office’s complete disregard for patients' time is absolutely unacceptable. I have never had an appointment here where I wasn’t forced to sit and wait at least an hour past my scheduled time — and today was the last straw. Dr. Dunsworth is a fabulous doctor, very kind a caring! The only problem I have is the wait time! The average waiting room is about an hour, and then another hour in the exam room! Not sure if they overbook or book appointments too close together! But, they do try to accommodate you by squeezing you in if you have a serious problem! Other than the wait time, I highly recommend!
I was not seen by the doctor until >2 hours after my appointment time and felt rushed when finally seen. Overall, this visit displayed very little respect for a patient's time. When I was brought back around the one-hour mark, I was asked to wait in my gown. Waiting for another hour in the gown was incredibly uncomfortable and cold.
