An appointment was scheduled for a 10 year routine colonoscopy. The initial dr visit was done by phone and done professionally by both office personnel and doctor. As a nurse, I felt their prepping info would be a bit confusing to the average patient (especially the elderly) as coming from (1) an outside patient advisor and (2) the office itself.
