Went in today for a root canal on a tooth that has a crown. The injection to get me numb was the best I have ever received. Zero pain or discomfort from the administration of the meds to numb the area. Great job. Some soreness after but nothing that OTC’s can’t handle. Total time in and out was less than a hour. Nice staff in the front and back office. Will recommend this office and Dr. to all.
I have a lot of problems with my teeth and the staff and dr Steffensen are the best. He explains everything and makes sure you are ok throughout the entire procedure. They are very kind and compassionate. If you need a root canal this is the place to go. They also looked at my other teeth and made sure I didn’t need any other root canals at this time. He has done 3 of my teeth and I can’t be more happy. He caught an infection that my regular dentist missed as well. Thank you from Megan
We had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. My family and parents were treated rudely by the front desk female staff, and their appointment was canceled because they arrived 10 minutes late, despite knowing my family member was a senior citizen in need of a root canal and the importance of their appointment. There was no attempt to be understanding or accommodating—just a flat refusal and an unprofessional attitude. Life happens, especially for older patients, and a little empathy goes a long way. I highly recommend Maupin & Steffensen Endodontics! Dr. Steffensen did my root canal this morning and he is amazing! Gentle, kind, and reassuring and explains everything as he is doing it. His assistant, Nikki, was also great! Lovely front office staff, as well, and so very kind and helpful. Definitely check them out!
Dr. Steffensen retreated two root canals for me, and he was both caring and kind. My dentist was impressed with his work when he reviewed the new X-rays of the root canals.
