We had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. My family and parents were treated rudely by the front desk female staff, and their appointment was canceled because they arrived 10 minutes late, despite knowing my family member was a senior citizen in need of a root canal and the importance of their appointment. I highly recommend Maupin & Steffensen Endodontics! Dr. Steffensen did my root canal this morning and he is amazing! Gentle, kind, and reassuring and explains everything as he is doing it. His assistant, Nikki, was also great! Lovely front office staff, as well, and so very kind and helpful. Definitely check them out!
Dr. Steffensen retreated two root canals for me, and he was both caring and kind. My dentist was impressed with his work when he reviewed the new X-rays of the root canals.
I felt that paying $173 for them to tell me they couldnt help me was a bit expensive. Office visit? You bet. I get that.
Will not work with schedule for making appointments. Staff is very rude and rushed. Happy with work done last time but I guess they don’t want the business?? They act like making your appointment is a burden. Run don’t walk from this place
